1. Cancelation Policy
If you wish to cancel a course order, you can do so by accessing your account settings on our platform. Please note that cancellation requests made after the cancellation period will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellation before the end of the dispatch not chargable. 2. Return Policy
At Meiphor, we are committed to providing high-quality educational products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with an easy return process.
- You may return Books/Flash Card purchased from Meiphor within 7 days of the purchase date, provided that the items are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
- If Book/Flash Cards Opened/Damaged/Activated, then the return will not be accepted.
3. Refund Policy
Meiphor is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not interested with our product, you may be eligible for a refund.But the pacakage should not be broken or books should not be damages. In case if the book or package is damaged, you are not eligible for the refund.
If the cancellation/Return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
